Privacy notice

Last updated 22 August 2026

What this notice covers

Entryspaces is a career-planning and application workspace for people aged 16 and over. This notice explains how information is handled when you create a profile, prepare materials, track opportunities, use interview tools or contact support.

Information we use

  • Account information, including your name, email address and authentication records.
  • Career information you provide, including education, employment, skills, evidence, goals and location preferences.
  • Documents and generated materials, including uploaded CVs, tailored CVs and cover letters.
  • Opportunity and activity records, including vacancies, application stages, tasks and interview preparation.
  • Limited technical and service records needed for security, billing, reliability and support.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the service you request, keep your workspace secure, generate and improve materials, maintain your subscription, respond to reports and meet legal obligations. We also use privacy-minimised reliability and usage records to diagnose failures and control AI costs. These records do not store prompts, CV content or generated documents.

AI processing

Confirmed profile facts and relevant vacancy text may be sent to our AI provider to generate or review materials. The model does not receive database credentials and cannot directly read or write your account. Generated text can be wrong, so you must review it before use. Entryspaces is designed not to invent experience, but no automated system is error-free.

Service providers and transfers

We use specialist providers for authentication, database and file storage, hosting, AI generation and payment processing. These currently include Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic and Stripe. A supported public vacancy page may be read through a page-retrieval provider. Providers process only the information needed for their function and may process information outside the UK under their contractual transfer safeguards.

Sharing and public contacts

Your profile and documents are private by default. Entryspaces does not submit an application or contact an employer on your behalf without a clear user action. Public employer contact details shown with a vacancy remain subject to their source and should be checked before use. We do not sell candidate profiles or documents.

Retention and deletion

Your workspace is kept while your account remains open. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes authentication, application data and uploaded files, subject to limited records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or financial obligations. Operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and reliability.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your information, and to receive a portable copy. Settings provides direct export and deletion controls. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Contact and unresolved controller details

Signed-in users can contact the Entryspaces team through Feedback. Before public launch, the business must add its legal controller name, postal address and a monitored privacy email here. This notice remains a product-side draft until those details and the provider/retention position receive qualified UK legal review.
