The service
Entryspaces provides career-planning guidance and tools for preparing, organising and reviewing job applications. It does not act as an employer, recruitment agency or legal adviser, and it cannot guarantee an interview, offer or hiring outcome.
Who may use Entryspaces
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into these terms. Do not create an account for another person without authority to do so.
Your information and materials
You are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing generated CVs, cover letters, plans and interview preparation before using them. You must not use Entryspaces to fabricate experience, qualifications, identities, references, achievements or metrics.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse another person's information or impersonate them.
- Do not attempt to bypass account, payment, rate-limit or security controls.
- Do not upload malicious files or use the service unlawfully.
- Use public employer details lawfully, professionally and in line with the source platform's terms.
AI limitations
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Entryspaces applies factual guardrails, but you remain responsible for checking names, dates, employers, claims and role-specific details before submission. Do not rely on a score as a prediction of hiring success.
Subscription and cancellation
Workspace access is offered through the monthly subscription displayed before checkout. The £11.99 special-offer price renews at the same monthly price while that subscription remains active; the standard price for future subscriptions is £19.99 per month. Stripe processes payment details and shows the final charge before payment. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change where needed for security, quality, law or product improvement. We may suspend access when an account creates material risk or breaches these terms.
Closing your account
You may export your information or delete your account through Settings. Deletion is permanent and may not remove limited records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or financial reasons.
Liability and governing terms
The final limitation-of-liability, consumer-rights, governing-law, dispute and business-identity clauses require qualified UK legal drafting. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Release status
These terms are a substantially expanded product-side draft. The business must add its legal name, address and monitored contact details and obtain qualified UK review before accepting public payments.
